Do you run workshops for individuals?

Can we have more people than the maximum booking number?
To get the best learning outcomes, we limit our face-to-face and online workshop numbers to ensure every participant has the opportunity to interact and get feedback. However, we also understand that sometimes a level of flexibility is needed, and we’re happy to discuss your requirements at the time of booking.
What will I learn in the Write Well workshop?
Our interactive workshops will increase your writing confidence by teaching the skills that you can use immediately. We will show you how to:
- write for your reader, using clear and concise plain English
- plan and structure your writing, putting the ‘good stuff’ up-front
- challenge the use of confusing language and jargon
- simplify complex messaging
- be your own editor
How is the one-day, face-to-face workshop structured?
Our workshops are fun and interactive, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and practice what you are learning. The one-day, face-to-face workshop is structured into two, three-hour sessions, with a short 10-minute break in the middle of each session, and a 30-minute lunch break between the two sessions.

Is the online training delivered live?
Our trainers run our online workshops in real time, every time. Online workshops are interactive, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback.
What technology do you use for the online workshops?
We typically run our workshops on your Teams, Zoom or other online meeting system, as it ensures any information you share as part of the workshop remains within the security of your IT system, and any technology problems you encounter can be supported by your IT team. We ask all participants to log-in 10 minutes before the workshop begins to ensure their connection is working, and that all cameras are turned on during the workshop.
Are workshop materials supplied?
Yes, each participant will receive a workbook, any tailored hand-outs and a copy of the presentation slides.
